Extensions
An extension to your house can completely transform it, and if done professionally and with sympathy for the surroundings, it will blend in and appear part of the original building both inside and out.
In the above photo an extension was taken the full width and depth of the house in a wrap around fashion. Whilst this added many complications at a construction level, it was a clever design and did provide maximum use of available space for the home owner.
Past Projects
The main image shows the back of an extension completed in 2006 by Antony. The extension provided a new sunroom, kitchen, dining area,, utility and downstairs shower room. To the front (shown below) a new study and upstairs a new bedroom and extended family bathroom.

The photo above shows the new front study and new bedroom above. The front door, porch and right hand side is original.
Antony also installed the paved drive.
Architect Drawings
Extensions will generally require architect drawings, planning permission and building control. You may also require involvement of Cadw or structural engineers depending on circumstances. Antony can help you get started and give ideas on what sort of extension is feasible.
